Jill Molchan

Fitness Instructor

Jill Molchan has been a fitness professional for over 20 years and has worked with thousands of clients internationally ranging in age from 11-85 years old. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Utah and is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Glute Specialist through the ISSA. 

As a 44 year old mom of two super-charged boys, Jill understands not only the time constraints of being a parent who wants to stay physically active and feel their best, but also the energy constraints of having to sometimes run on fumes. 

Jill’s ability to get stronger every year in activities such as skate skiing, mountain biking, downhill skiing, swimming and running stems from a weekly commitment to strength training and simple dietary tricks that provide the foundation for the MIB’s “Real Results for Real Adults” philosophy

Kevin Rail

Fitness Instructor

Kevin earned his B.S. in Sport Management/Fitness and Wellness from California University of Pennsylvania and is certified through ACSM, ACE, NASM, ACSM and AFM. He is also a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Restorative Coach with 25-plus years of experience.

Kevin is a world renowned and sought after health and fitness professional who has been featured in the documentary films Fasting and The Motivation Factor. He has also written a book called Act of Nutrition and has a solid background in fasting, biohacking, longevity, gut health, hormone optimization, 3-dimensional movement and historical exercise.

When he is not training clients or creating content, he can be found outdoors, doing things like slack lining, hiking, barefoot running, skiing, post-holing, and mountain and fat-tire bike riding.

His energy, passion and knowledge are infectious and magnetic. When he walks into a room or goes live on camera, people stop and listen when he starts talking. He is very empathetic and will go to any extreme to ensure he makes a positive impact on people’s lives.
